How to Wear an Army Uniform
The most common Army uniform is the "Army Combat Uniform," or ACU. The ACU is newly adopted as of 2011, and consists of light-green desert fatigues. This uniform replaces a 25-year-old design, and offers more universal camouflaging of the soldier. A soldier is fighting for and representing his country when wearing the uniform. Proper appearance and adherence to Army uniform guidelines is essential. Does this Spark an idea?

Center the patches on your jacket. Your name is on your right, with "U.S. Army" over your left. Your rank is worn on the center patch. The U.S. Flag is worn on your right sleeve at the top. Other patches are worn as instructed or required.
