How to Test the CPU Constant Load Utility & Load Controls
Testing your CPU's load utility allows you to determine the amount of overclocking or under-clocking that is required when your core temperature goes beyond appropriate levels. A CPU with a constant load is in danger of overheating, so you need to use proper cooling methods. If necessary, use your motherboard's built-in load controls or install a CPU benchmark software package to configure load outputs. After determining normal load percentages, during average daily use, correct your settings.

Tips & Warnings
Review your test results and if necessary, make changes to your CPU load and control settings. Let each program run its course without interruption -- this is why it is best to launch these programs after rebooting the computer when your system is free of clutter.
