How to Scroll a LED Display
A scrolling LED display is used to advertise products or display information about anything you wish. It can be mounted anywhere, and you can control the scrolling speed and exactly what you want to display. You can program a scrolling LED display easily, if you know what you are doing. Using the remote, you can set up new messages or edit messages already there. You mount the screen on the brackets, plug it in and you are ready to go.

Select the location and mount the LED display on the mounting brackets. Remove the screen and place it faceup on a clean surface. Plug the screen into a power source and turn it in. When you plug in the scrolling LED pane, it starts up automatically. Using the remote that came with the LED display, press the "Edit" button to open the text editing menu. Scroll through the messages using the "Prev" and "Next" buttons, and find a message you want to use, or scroll to an empty location to insert a message. When you are at the correct message or memory location where you want to insert a new message, press the "Enter" key on the remote to select it.

Select the scrolling speed for the message. "SP" indicates the speed the message will scroll. There are three speeds: SP1 fast, SP2 moderate and SP3 slow. To change the speed, press the "Prev" or "Next" buttons on the remote until it shows the desired speed. Press "Enter" on the remote when the desired speed is selected. After you've done this, the scrolling LED panel goes into edit mode. A blinking rectangle indicates that it is ready for you to enter text. To toggle between lowercase, uppercase, numbers and symbols, press the "Shift" button. The characters will show as a blinking "A" for capital letters, blinking "a" for lowercase letters, a blinking "0" for numbers, a blinking "!" for symbols and a blinking black box for a blank space. When the desired character set is selected, press the "Prev" and "Next" buttons to scroll through the alphabet. When the correct character is displayed, press the "Right" button to advance and enter the next character. If you need to edit the previous character, press the "Left" button. When you are finished selecting the characters, press the "Enter" button to confirm.
