How to Print High School Diplomas
If you have been put in charge of printing your high school's diplomas or certificates, you may not know how to print them. Typically these should be printed on card stock or high-quality paper as it adds the authenticity to the diploma. Make sure that your inkjet or toner printer has plenty of ink so that the print quality will be uniform throughout. You need to make sure that these look as good as possible. Therefore you should improve the print quality during the print setup.

Insert paper into your printer. If you are struggling, consult the printer's documentation to determine how to put paper into the paper feed.

Click "Start," then click your user name. Locate the high school diplomas on your computer.

Rightclick the document and click "Print."

Click "Preferences." Set the "Print Quality" to a higher level than standard, then click "OK."

Click "Print." This will now print your high school diplomas.
