Homemade Foam Roller

A foam roller is a large piece of cylindrical foam used to stretch out and loosen muscles. To use a foam roller, you place it between the floor and your sore muscle, then roll your body back and forth along the length of the muscle. Foam rollers are commonly used by runners to alleviate pain caused by Iliotibial band syndrome. While you can purchase foam rollers in running specialty shops, it's easy to make your own for a fraction of the cost. Does this Spark an idea?
