4. Ensure that your employees understand the SOP for DISH Network. Once you've agreed to become an authorized retailer for DISH Network, you want to ensure that all of your employees understand the rules and procedures that DISH Network has set in place for selling its services and equipment.

5. Explore alternative arrangements for selling DISH Network products and services in the event you're unhappy with the direct relationship. These distributors often offer different commission levels and incentives for selling DISH Network products and services to your customers.
