The radio layout on the PT Cruiser is slightly different from many other Chrysler or Dodge vehicles due to its setup on the dash. The clock in your PT Cruiser is displayed on the radio faceplate; therefore, the process of setting the time is performed through the radio. Setting the time is easy, and it's the same in all models (2001 to 2009). You will need a small object to press the tiny buttons used to set the PT Cruiser's time.

Step 1

Insert your key and turn it to "On" or "Acc" (cranking the engine is not necessary).

Step 2

Make sure the radio is turned on; if it's not, press the "Vol" knob to power it on.

Step 3

Locate the tiny buttons on the radio faceplate labeled "H" and "M."

Step 4

Press the "H" button with the tip of a ballpoint pen (or another object similar in size) to set the hour. Each time you press the button, the display will advance one hour.

Step 5

Press the "M" button with the tip of the pen to set the minute. Once the desired time is displayed, turn the ignition off and remove the key.
