How to Block all Popups for Free
Popups, also called pop-up windows, occur when you click a link and manually open up a new window or when you visit a website that hosts popups. While these windows seem harmless, certain popups slow down a computer and some even contain adware or spyware that can cause damage to the computer's operating system. Acquiring a software program that blocks these popups is no longer necessary, as popular Web browsers come with popup blockers already installed.
