How to Change the Postage Details for DX
DX Document Exchange is a company that offers private mail and package delivery in the United Kingdom and Ireland, including business-to-business and secure-delivery services. DX maintains a database of your company's information, along with those companies that do business with yours. It is important to keep postage details updated to ensure that your mail reaches the correct destination, so always make sure that DX has the most recent information for your company and its clients.

View your company's current postage and account details listed in DX Document Exchange's online directory. Go to the DX Document Exchange website (see References) and type in your company's name in the DX Directory Search box on the right side of the page, then click to search.

Fill out the change-of-address notification online (see Resources) if changes are needed. Double-check your contact information, DX account number, DX exchange and your new postage information.

Change the details immediately if you have received a card notifying you of a secure delivery but have yet to contact DX to arrange for delivery. Make the secure-delivery request online (see Resources) or over the phone, calling the phone number found on the calling card, and specify the correct address to a customer-service representative. You have the option of receiving the delivery at your work or home address.

Call the number found on the calling card immediately If the delivery already has been scheduled and speak to a customer representative, who can change the postage details.
