How to Remove the Front Door Panels on a 2003 Saturn L200

The front door panels on your 2003 Saturn L200 may need to be removed for a variety of reasons. Some common reasons include a burnt-out window motor, speaker replacement, or a window that's jumped the track. If you find it necessary to remove the door panel you can do the job with some basic hand tools and a moderate time investment.

Things You'll Need

• Panel tool
• Phillips screwdriver

Instructions

1. Insert the edge of a panel tool behind the front edge of the triangular panel at the top front edge of the door panel. Pry this panel off. Remove a Phillips screw from behind the panel with a Phillips screwdriver.

2. Pry out the edge of the door pull handle trim and remove a Phillips screw from behind the trim piece.

3. Pry out the power switch panel from the door panel and unplug the wiring connector on the back.

4. Remove three Phillips screws from the bottom edge of the of the door panel.

5. Pry around the edges of the door panel to release the retaining clips behind the panel. When the panel is loose, lift it up and off of the door.
