How to Title a Non-Titled Golf Cart
Different states have different procedures and policies regarding the titling of golf carts. Some states do not require or allow golf carts to be titled, while others stipulate that golf carts must be titled and/or registered with the Department of Motor Vehicles or equivalent organization in order to be legally driven. Generally speaking, registration and titling can be handled through the DMV in your home state; processing time varies by jurisdiction.
