How to Open a Zen Stone Hard Drive
The Zen Stone is an audio player produced by Creative. It's capable of playing MP3, WMA, WAV and Audible files. If you wish to open the hard drive on your Zen Stone so that you can see what music you have stored on it, you can do so using the free native program Windows Media Player. This program is already present on computers running Windows operating systems.

Click the Windows logo, located in the lower left corner of your computer's desktop. Select and open "Windows Media Player."

Connect the USB cord from the Zen Stone to your computer.

Click on the "Sync" tab in Windows Media Player. Click on the Zen Stone icon in the bottom left corner to open its hard drive folders.
