Unable to Launch iTunes

You can reinstall iTunes by simply deleting and redownloading it.

For various reasons, the iTunes program might stop working on your computer. If this happens, you likely have to remove all files associated with the original download and reinstall iTunes on your computer.

Instructions

1. Open the "Control Panel" folder on your computer.

2. Uninstall the following programs from your "Control Panel," in order and one by one:

   1. ITunes

   2. Quicktime

   3. Apple Software Update

   4. Apple Mobile Device Support

   5. Bonjour

   6. Apple Application Support

3. Open your browser once the files are deleted and navigate to the official iTunes website to download the program. (See Resources)

4. Click the download link and follow the prompts to automatically install the default version of the program.
