How to Replace Earth Auger Bits
Earth augers have an engine in the power head that drives the auger bit clockwise into the ground to dig holes. An earth auger works faster than manual posthole diggers, especially if you're digging multiple holes for building fences and setting fence posts. Auger bits become dull after many hours of use or may hit rocks that chip the metal bit. Dull or chipped bits do not dig effectively and need to be replaced with a sharp bit to dig holes quickly. Does this Spark an idea?
