ATI Catalyst drivers are manufactured by AMD Corp. for use with ATI desktop graphics cards. The drivers mainly support the newer PCI Express graphics technology, but can be modified using official ATI software hotfixes. These hotfixes allow computer users to use Catalyst driver software with AGP graphics cards.

      Turn on your computer and open a web browser. Download the official ATI Catalyst AGP hotfix patch from the AMD website (see Resources).

      Install the hotfix patch and accept the end-user license agreement (EULA) to install the software.

      Restart your computer. The Catalyst drivers for your ATI graphics card will now be configured to run AGP video cards.
