Resistance bands are used to provide the workout on the Bandflex Home Gym.

The Bandflex home gym was made by the Stamina company as an inexpensive alternative to the Bowflex line of home gyms. The Bandflex was equipped with six bungee cables to provide 67 exercises of resistance and cardiovascular training. Installation of the equipment requires an adjustable wrench as well as a rubber mallet. Once assembled, the Bandflex does not take up a lot of space, so you can store it in the corner of just about any room.
