- Canary diamond
- Fabric-lined jewelry case
- Ammonia-based household cleaner
- Bowl
- Clean toothbrush

Soak the diamond in ammonia-based household cleaner once or twice a week to remove dust, dirt and grime. Pour cleaner into a bowl, leave the diamond in it overnight; in the morning, brush the diamond gently with a clean toothbrush to remove all particles.

Store the diamond in a fabric-lined jewelry box when you are not wearing it to protect it from scratches and rough handling.
