How to Recover Phone Meetings
Phone meetings, also known as "conference calls" are used by businesses to allow for meetings even when everyone isn't in the same place. Many self-help organizations also use phone meetings to let everyone group counsel each other from a distance. If you've recorded a particular phone meeting on your computer using a program such as the native Sound Recorder program in Windows, the file will often be in a format like WAV. You can recover the file in case of accidental deletion using built-in controls in Windows like the Recycle Bin.

Double-click "Recycle Bin" in Windows desktop.

Right-click on your recorded conference call phone meetup file which will often be a sound file such as WAV.

Select "Restore" and the file disappears from the Recycle Bin window. It will be recovered to the folder you originally deleted it from.
