Backup Exec can use a Dell RD100 tape drive for backup creation and restore.

Backup Exec is a software application created by Symantec that allows users to back up their files on disk to (potentially remote) backup media such as disks, tapes and DVDs. You must configure a backup device to be accessible by the computer it is directly connected to. In addition, administrators have to configure Backup Exec to use a specific device for creating and restoring backups. The Dell RD100 is an external tape drive that you can use for Backup Exec backups. You can easily configure Backup Exec to use your RD100.
