How to Add & Take Away With Paint

Paint is a Microsoft program that comes with most of their Windows operating systems, including Windows 7, Vista and XP. With Microsoft Paint, users can edit existing images, create new images, and even enhance and add to how an image looks. One particularly useful feature included with Paint is the "Take Away" and "Add" tools, also called "Undo" and "Redo," which are used to take away accidental operations done to the image and add back operations that you accidentally undo.

Instructions

    • 1

Click on the "Edit" tab while working on an image in Paint to bring up the editing menu.

    • 2

Select the "Undo" button to take away the last operation you did on the image using the program.

    • 3

Select the "Redo" button to add back the operation you most recently took away from the image.
