Cooking Eggs
-
1
Fill the Cuisinart Egg Cooker's beaker with the recommended amount of distilled water, depending on how many eggs you want to cook and for how well-done you want them. The side of the beaker has fill lines on the side to use a reference.
-
2
Remove the lid and cooking rack from the egg cooker. Pour the distilled water on the heating plate and put the cooking rack back in place.
-
-
3
Rinse the eggs under cool running water to remove dirt. Poke a hole in the fat end of the eggs using the piercing pin on the underside of the beaker. This small hole will prevent cracking during the cooking process.
-
4
Place the eggs in the cooking rack, with the holes facing up. Put the lid on the egg cooker and flip the power switch to the "On" position.
-
5
Remove the eggs as soon as the egg cooker makes a tone that indicates the eggs are finished cooking. Place the eggs under cool running water for 30 seconds to cool them down and stop the cooking process.
