Tips & Warnings
Prepare an 8 oz. frozen smoothie package by unrolling and opening the freezer bag. Hold it upside down over your cup and allow the frozen tube-shape of smoothie to fall into the cup. Because the smoothie is dairy-based, it will thaw quickly when you add a small amount of milk -- approximately 1 oz. for every 8 oz. frozen smoothie. Stir it with a spoon after the milk is added and enjoy your delicious and convenient fruit smoothie.
