Instructions

    • 1

Fill an 8 oz. freezer bag about three-fourths full with prepared smoothie. Do this for each of the 15 remaining freezer bags as well.

    • 2

Grasp each freezer bag by the top and squeeze it shut. Fold each freezer bag into a compact roll. This keeps the smooth in place at the bottom of the bag.

    • 3

Place each freezer bag containing smoothie mix in your freezer. It takes approximately an hour for a frosty smoothie to freeze fully, and one bag lasts about a year in the freezer.

Tips & Warnings

  • Prepare an 8 oz. frozen smoothie package by unrolling and opening the freezer bag. Hold it upside down over your cup and allow the frozen tube-shape of smoothie to fall into the cup. Because the smoothie is dairy-based, it will thaw quickly when you add a small amount of milk -- approximately 1 oz. for every 8 oz. frozen smoothie. Stir it with a spoon after the milk is added and enjoy your delicious and convenient fruit smoothie.
