How to Unscrew a Fluidmaster
The Fluidmaster fill valve attaches to your toilet tank much like any other valve. The lower end of the Fluidmaster valve has threads which are inserted through the bottom of the toilet tank. A nut screws onto the threads to secure the Fluidmaster to the toilet. Unscrewing the Fluidmaster can be frustrating, because the valve assembly is composed of two parts that ratchet up or down for adjustment. Unscrewing the Fluidmaster from the tank requires preventing the bottom half of the valve from turning while loosening the securing nut. Does this Spark an idea?
