How to Convert Price by Square Foot to Square Yard
When you measure the area, most Americans use square feet or square yards. However, the unit you choose does not always match the unit used for pricing. For example, you might measure the area of a room that you want to put down new carpet in using square feet, but when you get to the carpet store, you might find the store lists the prices in square yards. In order to accurately figure how much you will have to pay, you need to convert your price in square feet to a price in square yards.
