How to Update the ROM With VZAccess Manager

The VZAccess Manager is a firmware and software application that allows businesses to add manageable remote desktop interfaces to laptops. The VZAccess Manager firmware includes read-only memory (ROM), which is storage media for the device. Using the VZAccess Manager software on your computer, you can update your firmware by manually checking for updates. The process of updating the firmware will also update the ROM.

Instructions

1. Click the "Start" button from your desktop and then click the "All Programs" option. Click the "VZAccess Manager" option to launch the program.

2. Enter your pin number into the "PIN" text box and then click the "OK" button. Select the "Options" button from the top toolbar menu.

3. Click the "Preferences" option and the Preferences dialog box will appear. Select the "Firmware Update" option from the left navigation menu.

4. Click the "Check for Updates" button to find updates for your firmware. Click the "Install" button to install the updates for VZAccess ROM.

5. Click the box next to the "Auto-update" field and then click the "OK" button to save your changes.
