How to Install a Mopar DVD System

The Mopar DVD system provides you with off-road routes.

Jeep vehicles come with the Mopar DVD system. This factory-installed system was an option you made prior to the purchase of your vehicle. Install the appropriate software to complete the installation of your navigation system. The Jeep website provides you with the latest software discs for the Mopar DVD system.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the Jeep website. Click "For Owners" on the website.

2. Click "Buy Now" in the NAVTEQ box, located on the right side of the website.

3. Select your Jeep's model and year from the drop-down boxes. The current updates will display on the screen. Click the update you want and click "Checkout."

4. Enter your full name, street address, telephone number and email address. Pay for the disc with a credit card or debit card. The DVD will arrive in the mail.

5. Enter your vehicle and turn on your vehicle. Turn on your navigation system, if it is not already on. Place your vehicle in "Park."

6. Insert the DVD disc into your navigation system. The navigation system will automatically update to the disc. You will now be able to use your system.
