How to Intercept VoIP With Vonage
Call interception is a telephone service feature that prevents subscribers from being surprised by anonymous and unexpected phone calls. This feature is common for traditional land line phones and has been available for years. Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), however, is a relatively new technology for supporting telephone conversations. Vonage's call intercept is included for free in its calling plans. This feature blocks calls that are deemed anonymous, private or withheld. As a Vonage subscriber, you have two routes through which you can enable the interception of anonymous phone calls.
