How to Print on 12-by-12 Paper

Save

Standard scrapbook paper is 12 inches by 12 inches, a size most printers don't recognize by default. Printing your scrapbook pages at this size will require a wide-format printer, available in most electronic stores. Once you have the printer, manually set the dimensions in your "Page Setup" menu.

Things You'll Need

  • Wide-format printer
  • 12-by-12-inch paper
  • Attach a wide-format printer to your computer using the USB cable (provided in the box). Let Windows install all the necessary drivers on your computer to operate the printer. If the wide-format printer comes with an installation CD, make sure to install the software.

  • Open the scrapbook document that you wish to print on 12-by-12-inch paper.

  • Click the "File" at the top bar and select "Page Setup."

  • Click the "Paper" tab.

  • Click the "Paper Size" drop-down menu and choose the option "Custom Size."

  • Select "12" from the "Width" drop-down menu. Select "12" from the "Height" drop-down menu.

  • Click "OK."

  • Open the paper tray located at the bottom of your wide-format printer. Load a sufficient amount of 12-by-12-inch paper sheets in the tray and close it.

  • Click "File" and select "Print" to compete the task.
