How to Turn Off Auto Roll on Ariza Xtreme

How to Turn Off Auto Roll on Ariza Xtreme thumbnail
Pick up satellite channels without the receiver resetting.

The Ariza Xtreme satellite receiver allows viewers to connect to a variety of free and paid satellite networks. The device includes a function called auto-roll, whereby the receiver will search and automatically reset the frequencies on which it searches for satellite channels if it judges the signal to be subpar. Obviously this can be annoying if you are happy with your satellite performance, so there is a specific key that can be programmed into the Xtreme that will stop it from using this function.

Instructions

    • 1

Open the "Keys" menu to bring up an array of satellite codes.

    • 2

Delete any code that has the first six digits "000001" or "000000." These are dummy keys, and sorting through them is one of the actions that triggers auto-roll. You should now be left with four codes, all beginning "000101."

    • 3

Set the first eight numbers of the top key to "000101 00." Set the next key down to start "000101 10."

    • 4

Set the third key down the list to begin "000101 01," and the final key on the list to read "000101 11." Do not change any information after the first eight digits: this relates to the channels themselves and can't be altered.

    • 5

Press the "OK" key twice in quick succession to display the "Data Saved" message. Press "Exit" to start using your new keys without the auto-roll function.
