Turn on the VS2000 Extreme clone receiver.

Use your remote to press "Menu."

Press the arrow button repeatedly until you have chosen the "User Settings" option. Push "OK."

Enter your Viewsat Extreme pin number when/if prompted. This pin number was provided to you when bought the original receiver.

Press the arrow button repeatedly until you have chosen the "Factory Default" option. Push "OK."

Use the arrow button to choose "Yes" to confirm the selection. This will reset your clone receiver to its original settings and fix the issues that you faced earlier.
