Instructions

    • 1

Place the plastic drip pan under the front lip of the Foreman grill. This will catch any excess soapy water as you clean your grill before using.

    • 2

Wipe the grill surface clean with a soapy sponge. Do this with the underside of the grill lid as well. Rinse the sponge and wipe the surface again to remove the soap. Dry the surface with a clean towel.

    • 3

Clean the drip pan in soapy water and dry with a clean towel.

    • 4

Place the drip pan under the front lip on the Foreman grill and close the lid of the grill.

    • 5

Plug the grill into an electrical outlet. The grill automatically turns on and starts to heat up. At this time, the pre-heat light on the lid illuminates.

    • 6

Wait approximately five minutes until the pre-heat light turns off. This indicates the grill surface reached normal operating temperature.

    • 7

Open the grill cover using a potholder or an oven mitt. The surface of the grill is hot. Make sure you only touch the handle.

    • 8

Place your meat onto the bottom grilling surface and then close the lid on top of your meat.

    • 9

Cook your meat until done. Do not flip the meat as both sides of the grilling surface are heated. Follow the cooling times listed in the manual to ensure you completely cook your meat. For example, if you are cooking 8 oz. chicken, cook it for 11 to 13 minutes.

    • 10

Open the grill cover using a potholder or an oven mitt and use the supplied spatula to remove your meat.

    • 11

Turn off the grill by unplugging it from the electrical outlet. Wait for it to completely cool off and then clean the grill as you did in steps two and three.
