How to Clean a Greasy Film Off of Kitchen Cupboards
A greasy film appears on kitchen cupboards due to individuals touching the cupboard with hands that are covered in food and body oil. This film makes the cupboards feel slippery and, when visible, gives the cupboards an unclean appearance. Mild, everyday household cleaners that are not meant to cut through grease will likely not eliminate this particular problem. A basic homemade cleaner eliminates this film, as well as stains and foul odors that have accumulated on the cupboards. Does this Spark an idea?

2
Spray the greasy portion of the kitchen cupboards with the solution. The amount of cleaner you spray varies per the amount of grease on the cupboards.
-
-
3
Leave the solution on the cupboards for five to 10 minutes.
-
4
Saturate a non-abrasive sponge or a soft, clean cloth with tap water. Wring the sponge or cloth out, if necessary, to remove any excess water.

5
Wipe the cupboards thoroughly with the sponge or cloth. Then, dry them with a separate soft cloth.
-
6
Inspect the cupboards. Repeat Steps 2 through 5 if you still notice grease on the cupboards.
