  • Raw honey
  • Fresh-ground cinnamon

      Mix equal parts raw honey with fresh ground cinnamon. Stir it together to create a thick paste.

      Scoop up the paste with your hands and hold onto it to allow your body heat to warm it, making it more pliable and easier to manipulate and apply.
