Homemade Laundry Detergent for Sensitive Skin

The laundry detergent that you buy from the store sure smells good. Unfortunately, most of these detergents have a wide array of perfumes in them that can cause rashes and skin irritation. Most of the common detergents on the shelf also contain petroleum-derived ingredients. Homemade detergent is gentler on the skin and often costs less than the store-bought one. It's always nice to know the ingredients in your detergent and it gives you better control over what works for your skin and what doesn't. Does this Spark an idea?
