How to Add a Rail to an 870 Forend
The Remington model 870 -- as of 2011 -- has been on the market for over 50 years. It is one of the most versatile shotguns ever made, and over 10 million have been produced. The versatility of the model 870 allows for accessories to be installed on the weapon. Accessories such as picatinny railed forends -- made specifically for the model 870 -- can be installed once the weapon is disassembled.
