How to Insert a Pin in the Shaft Hole of a Black & Decker Cultivator
The Black and Decker 18-volt cultivator is a battery-operated tool designed for gardening and landscaping. Turn the cultivator so that the head is easily accessible.

Hold one of the cultivator tines so that it aligns with one of the shafts of the cultivator head.

Rotate the tine so that the flat side of the opening in the center of the tine aligns with the flat side of the shaft.

Slide the tine completely onto the shaft.

Secure the tine in place on the shaft by inserting a pin through the hole in the shaft. Spread the pin apart slightly and insert the straight end of the pin into the hole. Push the pin through the hole until the larger loop end of the pin rests against the pin.
