How to Make Up a Studio Concealer
Studio concealer covers all your blemishes and perfects your skin. This certain type of concealer is great for photos and night events since there is no SPF to reflect from the flash. If you make your own concealer in bulk, you can save money and also have your own customized concealer that matches your skin perfectly. Does this Spark an idea?

1
Pick unblended mica colors that are suitable for your skin tone. Micas with gold or yellow undertones match warmer tones, such as beige and tan, and micas with pink undertones are more suitable for those with fairer and paler skin. If you cannot find mica, find mineral makeup that is as close to your skin as possible.

Grind the mica or mineral makeup in the grinder to break apart lumps. If you do not have a grinder, you can use the back of a spoon and sift it through a mesh strainer until it becomes a smooth power. Another option is pouring the mica or mineral powder into a Ziploc bag and crushing it with a rolling pin until it is smooth.

Take two tablespoons of your cream base with one tablespoon of the mica or mineral powder and place it in your bowl. Always use this formula. The cream base you have should be unscented and SPF free. Mix the two together with a mixer on a low speed until both are thoroughly incorporated and the color is uniform.

Transfer the concealer into a glass or plastic jar for storage. If you have an unused lip gloss twist pen, pour some of the concealer into the pen. The twist pen provides a more sanitary approach since you will not be dipping your fingers into the mixture. Whatever container you use, use a separate concealer brush to blend out your foundation on your face.
