How to Install a TS Performance MP-8

Remove the plastic engine cover. Remove the oil filler cap from the left side of the engine. Twist the cap to the left with one hand. Pull the plastic cover up to loosen it, then lift the cover away from the engine.

Disconnect the harness from the engine. You will find the harness on the left side of the engine. Gently pull the harness away from the engine. Then connect the harness supplied by the TS Performance MP-8 kit. Push both ends of the harness into the engine where you disconnected the previous harness until it clicks into place.

Replace the oil filler cap and the plastic engine cover and twist the cap to the right. Slide the plastic engine cover under the cross bar on the front of the engine. Use two hands to push the engine cover down. You will hear a snap when the engine cover is properly positioned on the engine.
