1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
-
2
Combine 1 ½ cups of flour, 1/4 cup of oats and 1 teaspoon of baking powder into a bowl.
-
-
3
Pour in 3/4 cup of milk, 1 cup of peanut butter and 1 tablespoon of molasses. Mix thoroughly until ingredients are completely blended.

Evenly pour the mix onto parchment paper. Layer a second sheet of parchment paper on top of the mix. Parchment paper eliminates the need for extra flour while rolling.

Remove the top sheet of parchment paper. Press a dog bone-shaped cookie cutter down into the mix. Make as many dog bone shapes as possible.
-
7
Place shapes onto a cookie sheet and cook for 20 minutes.
-
8
Lightly press a lollipop stick into each shape once you pull the sheet from the oven.
-
9
Turn the oven off and let the dog bone lollipops cool in the oven for one full night.
-
10
Place the dog bone lollipops inside party favor bags together with the other items, or hand individual dog bone lollipops to your guests.
