Tips & Warnings
Before each session, release any fear that you may have. You must set up and maintain a positive energetic environment to invite only good spirits.
Sprinkle salt in a circle around the table. You may also want to consider burning sage and placing a silver coin upon the board. Many believe that this is supposed to protect from evil.
Never play alone.
Do not use a Ouija board if it distresses you.
Don't become dependent on a Ouija board. You make your own destiny.
If the planchette attempts to move in order through the alphabet, end the session immediately. The same rule applies to numbers. Some believe that these actions are a sign that the spirit may be trying to leave the board. Move the pointer to "goodbye" and flip the board.
