Instructions

    • 1

Add corn syrup to the candy cake mix. Turn out onto waxed paper and leave to set at room temperature.

    • 2

Roll out your hardened candy clay until it is around 1/8-inch thick. Using an apple blossom cutter, cut flower shapes out of the candy clay.

    • 3

Turn up the petals of your flower shapes so they are more prominent, and there is an indent in the center.

    • 4

Carefully place an edible silver ball in the center of each flower. Leave your flowers to harden.

    • 5

Position your flowers on your cake. Push the flowers down until a bond forms with the icing.
