It has been shown effective at removing stains from foods and beverages, as well as natural discoloration from aging. Instructions

    • 1

      Insert a bead of whitening gel into the tooth mold around halfway up and from molar to molar on the incisal edge of the tray. This refers to the cutting edge of the incisor and cuspid teeth on the tray.

      Insert the mold tray into your mouth, preferably before bedtime, as this is easier than walking around with the mold in your mouth during the day.

    • 3

      Leave the tooth mold tray in your mouth for two to four hours for the 20 percent solution.

    • 4

      Remove the molded tray from your mouth when the time is up. Clean the tray with a cool water and a soft brush before your next application.
