Whether it's part of a Halloween costume or as a practical joke, making your eyes glow can be a fun way to “wow” your friends. Contact lenses that glow in the dark will draw attention to you in any crowd. Since glow-in-the-dark contacts are an uncommon accessory, you’ll likely be the only one at the party with your eyes aglow. Disposable contact lenses offer a safe and relatively inexpensive way to temporarily change your look.

Visit the ChicVue Lens website. ChicVue manufactures many uncommon styles of contact lenses, including glow in the dark. Click on “Glow - Illuminant Lens.”

Choose your color. You can choose from blue, pink, green, orange, red, violet, white or yellow.

Click "Add to order" and then "Checkout." You will need to enter your contact information such as name, address, phone number and email. You will then enter your credit card information and choose a shipping method.

Wait for the shipment to arrive. It can take up to 15 business days for your order to arrive.

Remove any contact lenses you may be wearing. Wash and dry your hands. Gently remove one lens from the package and place it on the tip of your index finger. Its shape should resemble a bowl. If its edges are flared out, your contact lens is inside-out and must be reversed.

Balance the lens on your right index finger, keeping all edges facing up and use your left hand to hold the upper lid of your right eye open. Press the lower lid down gently with the middle finger of your right hand. Keep your eyes open wide and gently press the contact lens onto your eye. Check the mirror for the appropriate position and gently slide the contact lens over your cornea. Remove your finger. You may need to blink a few times to help the lens position itself on your eye. Using the same technique, insert another contact lens in your left eye.

Enter a dark room with a mirror. Look in the mirror and see your eyes glow.
