How to Wrap a Feather Boa Around a Styrofoam Cone

Attach one end of the feather boa to the base of the cone using a tack. You should push the tack into the cone until it is flush with the cone's surface.

Fluff the feathers to hide the tack.

Wind the feather boa around the cone, moving from the base to the tip. Work slowly and make sure that the feather boa covers every visible part of the cone.

Tack the free end of the feather boa.
