How to Lose Weight With Saran Wrap

Lower the number on the scale by quickly shedding water weight.

Most women and many men are familiar with the term water retention, which signifies the accumulation of abnormal amounts of water in the belly or skin. One of the main factors that contributes to water retention is a dietary increase in foods high in sodium. Water retention can cause weight gain and discomfort. Shedding this accumulated water is one quick way to lose excess weight and achieve a slimmer look without much exertion or effort.

Things You'll Need

• Saran Wrap
• 2 5-pound weights

Instructions

1. Wrap Saran Wrap around your arms, waist and thighs.

2. Increase the temperature of the room to at least 75 degrees.

3. March in place for three minutes, then rest for 30 seconds.

4. Do 50 jumping-jacks, then rest for 30 seconds.

5. Curl each 5-pound weight 20 times with each arm.

6. Repeat the entire series at least three times, resting 30 seconds between each series. The Saran Wrap will drastically increase the amount of sweat released through the skin, and help rid your body of unwanted water weight.
