How to Add MP3s to XMMS
XMMS is a multimedia player for Unix systems that is mainly used for playing music. It is a lightweight program, so it doesn't take up much space on a computer. MP3 is a common file format used to store music files. To play MP3s, you need to install an add-on package from a third-party software source. Once this is installed, just double-click on an MP3 to play it.
