How to Use a Weber Grill Rotisserie
The Weber Grill rotisserie attaches to your Weber Genesis gas grill, allowing you to cook half or whole poultry and large cuts of meat evenly as it rotates over the heat. Once the rotisserie motor and bracket are properly installed, the basket can be used with the grill at any time and removed when not in use. Always wash the rotisserie basket in soapy water before and after every use. Does this Spark an idea?

1
Remove the grates from the grill. If you'll be cooking a large cut of meat, remove the warming basket from the inside of the grill as well.
-
2
Attach the meat clamps to the lock arms of the basket. For small or flat cuts, insert the bent end; for whole chickens and large roasts, insert the straight end. Tighten the loop-ended screws by hand.
-
-
3
Place the meat into the rotisserie basket. Push the meat clamps down on top of the chicken or meat, and tighten the screws by hand to secure.
-
4
Hold the rotisserie with one end in each hand. Turn the basket a few times to make sure the meat stays in place. Adjust the meat clamps, if necessary.
-
5
Preheat the closed grill to the temperature recommended for your type and side of poultry or meat for 10 minutes.
-
6
Open the grill and place the rotisserie over the heat so that the ends fit into the grooves. Slide the end without a handle into the motor box. Turn the rotisserie for a few turns manually to make sure the food is still in place.
-
7
Close the grill and turn the motor on. Allow the meat to cook for the time recommended for the type and size of meat or poultry. Check periodically while cooking, adjusting the meat clamps as necessary.
