      Insert the TV tuner adapter into one of the USB ports on your computer.

      Fasten one end of the coaxial cable to the RF outlet on your wall that is associated with your TV service, or into the "TV OUT" jack on the rear of your set-top box.

      Connect the other side of the coaxial cable into the RF jack on the side of the TV tuner adapter.

      Click "Start" and click "All Programs." Click the entry for "Windows Media Center." Scroll through the sources to "TV + Movies" and click "Live TV" to begin watching the feed from your TV service right on your computer.
