Instructions

1
Lay two-thirds of the Starburst wrappers, with their bright side down, on a flat surface so that they form a rectangle with a width of 11 inches. Create any patterns or designs you want with the wrappers.
-
2
Cut an 11-inch length of tape and lay it sticky side up on the flat surface. Transfer the top two rows of the Starburst wrappers to the tape, so that they are aligned and stuck to the tape.
-
-
3
Continue to make these 11-inch lengths of tape of until the wrappers are all used. Trim the excess tape from the ends with scissors.
-
4
Lay out the strips to form one large sheet of Starburst wrapper-laden tape.
-
5
Fold the sheet in half, with the wrappers facing out, and sew or tape the two sides closed.
-
6
Attach the two ends of the belt, one to each side of the top of the purse at the opening.
-
7
Glue each half of the magnetic button, so that the two pieces line up, inside the top of the purse.
