How to Use MontagePlus in Photo Explosion 3

MontagePlus is an image-editing program that allows you to create a montage image of a photo you've taken out of thumbnails of many other images. The thumbnail photos used are supplied with the MontagePlus software or you can use a library of other photos you've already taken. Once the montage image has been created, it can be opened in another image-editing/organization application to share with others or catalog in albums. One such program that does this is Photo Explosion.

Things You'll Need

• Computer
• Digital photos for final image and/or thumbnails

Instructions

1. Launch MontagePlus and open the photo you want to use as your final montage image.

2. Click the "Options" button to customize your final image. You can change the size and number of the thumbnail images.

3. Click "Open..." and select either the portrait or landscape thumbnail orientation file in the Thumbnails folder.

4. Click "Create" to begin the montage procedure. Click "Save" to save the finished montage in the image format of your choice.

5. Launch Photo Explosion and open your montage image. Edit, share, organize or print the image as you would a normal photo in Photo Explosion.
